TJMS Group was founded by Tom and Josh, two engineers united by a shared passion for precision, problem-solving and progress. Established in early 2025, the Group was built with a vision to modernise manufacturing while staying true to traditional engineering principles.

Grounded in integrity, communication and continual improvement, their partnership reflects a genuine love for the craft, where innovation meets responsibility and people matter as much as process. Their journey began in July 2022 with the creation of TJ Manufacturing Solutions, and in September 2024 it evolved further as they proudly took ownership of Tooling & Equipment Engineers, bringing two like-minded companies together under one name. Guided by shared ethics of excellence and collaboration, Tom and Josh continue to shape the Group with authenticity and purpose, engineers at heart, driven by pride in their work and the people behind it.
